All things in existence have a reason for being, every ailment has a corresponding cure in nature, and each individual has a unique purpose to fulfill. What is yours?

I can tell you without hesitation that it’s worthwhile to find out who you are. When you discover who you are, you will become more resilient and boost your confidence – just accept the fact that it will take time and effort. As discussed in the above paragraphs, there are many effective ways to carry on with it like making a list of your strengths, writing in a journal, or meditating to boost clarity.

By being knowledgeable and aware of who you are, you will find more peace, satisfaction, contentment, and connectedness with yourself, those closest to you, and the world you live in.

As the “what you ares” multiply, the “what you are nots” will fade away. Strip away all of the misconceived perceptions and unrealistic expectations.
