The stories I tell about myself can limit or liberate me. True transformation comes from tolerating discomfort, choosing values over fears, and living in the present. Interconnectedness and vulnerability foster resilience and meaningful relationships, while compassion and curiosity transform my relationship with emotions and thoughts. I am the proprietor of my own mind.
