In the quiet corners of my mind, I often find myself wrestling with worries, anxieties that seem to multiply and weigh me down. But I’ve come to realize that these worries are often phantom debts, burdens I carry without cause. They drain my energy, steal my joy, and hinder my progress, all for something that may never come to pass. It’s time to break free from this self-imposed debt and embrace the freedom of living in the present.

You too, carry the weight of worries, anxieties that whisper doubts and fears into your heart. But remember, most of these worries are unfounded, imagined scenarios that rob you of your peace. Choose to release the grip of worry, to focus on the present moment, and to trust in your ability to navigate whatever challenges may arise.

Divine Comforter, grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Help us to release the burden of worry and to live each day with a sense of peace and gratitude. May we find solace in your presence and trust in your plan for our lives. Amen.
