I’ve come to realize that the toughest times in my life, the moments I felt most broken, were actually the crucibles that forged my strength. When I was pushed to the edge, forced to confront my limits, I discovered a resilience I never knew I had. It’s like the pressure of those challenges squeezed out hidden reserves of power and determination, shaping me into someone more capable and confident than I ever thought possible. From struggle comes strength.

You see – struggle isn’t something to fear or avoid, either. It’s the fire that tempers your spirit, the resistance that builds your mental muscles.  Embrace those challenges, those moments that test your resolve.  See them as opportunities to prove to yourself just how strong you truly are.  Each obstacle you overcome, each setback you bounce back from, adds another layer of resilience, preparing you for whatever life throws your way.

Father of Strength, we ask for guidance on this journey, for the strength to face adversity with courage and grace. Help us to see the lessons hidden within each struggle, the opportunities for growth that lie within each challenge.  Grant us the wisdom to learn from our mistakes and the resilience to rise again, stronger and wiser, ready to embrace the future and fulfill our purpose. Amen.
