My default emotion is love. I love everyone, everything, and every circumstance unequivocally and immediately. It’s not a choice, but a state of being. This doesn’t mean I’m blind to flaws or that I condone harmful actions, but rather that my first response is always one of compassion and understanding. I believe that love, in its purest form, is a force for healing and transformation, and I strive to embody that in all my interactions.
