I’ve found that when I’m faced with negativity, whether it’s a frustrating situation at work, a conflict with a loved one, or just a general feeling of overwhelm, I can take back control. It’s tempting to get sucked in, to dwell on the problem, to let it consume my energy. But honestly, the most powerful thing I can do is shift my focus. I can choose to walk away from the argument, to let go of the need to be right, to simply breathe and move on. My energy is precious, and I’m not going to waste it on things that bring me down. Life is too short to dwell on negativity.

You have that same power. When you encounter something that pulls you down, remember you have a choice. You can choose to let it go, to forgive, to focus on solutions instead of problems. Dear Universe, grant us the clarity to recognize what deserves our energy and what doesn’t. Give us the strength to detach from negativity and drama.
